What to Wear

The first and most important thing I tell my clients, is for Momma to pick her outfit FIRST. You can coordinate the rest of the family with what YOU feel your best in.

1. Textures

Different materials and textures add interest to your photos. Think muslin, linen, soft lace, chunky sweaters, corduroy, etc. Feel free to mix and match or layer textures.

2. Patterns and Colors

Consider the scenery. Compliment the colors of your location and even your home decor. Choose one fun pattern and 3 to 5 colors that compliment each other and spread throughout the group.

3. Movement

Flowy dresses or skirts will catch the breeze and the light and make for great pictures.

4. Accessories

Don't forget the little details like painting your nails and wearing jewelry. You can also add things like hats, scarves and glasses.
